    Essentials: Diaper bags, Sleepsacks, Swaddle Pillows/Loungers, Nursing Pillows, Carriers, and Stroller accessories.

    Toys & Learning: Selected small toys, wooden/open-ended toys, and children's books in new or excellent condition.

    Feeding & Care: NEW teethers, pacifier clips, silicone & bamboo dishes, and other small feeding supplies.

What We DON'T Accept

To maintain our standard of quality and safety, there are certain items we cannot accept:

Condition-Based Restrictions:

  • Items that are unclean, stained, ripped, or have excessive wear and pilling.
  • Faded or damaged items (missing buttons, broken zippers, items without tags/sizes, etc.).
  • Items with excessive pet hair.

Specific Categories:

  • Undergarments, used socks, and cloth diapers.
  • Sheets, blankets, and similar cloths.
  • Large nursery items like furniture, change pads, jumpers, play mats, seats, and high chairs.
  • Large toys intended for toddlers and older children.
  • Used bottles, nipples, and other feeding accessories.

Safety and Brand Considerations:

  • Items that have been recalled or are not considered safe by Health Canada.
  • We are currently not accepting items from brands such as George, Pekkle, Koala Baby, Monkey Bars, Cherokee, Circo, and Gerber.

  • If you're unsure about an item, please note it in the comments section of our drop-off request form, and we will let you know if we can accept it.

How It Works:

  • Prepare Your Items

    Wash and Sort: Prepare a minimum of 25 items. Ensure all items are free from stains, rips, excessive wear, and damage. Items must be smoke-free and pet-hair free.

    Packaging: Pack items neatly folded or laying flat in totes, boxes, baskets, or reusable bags—please avoid plastic bags! Ensure items are fresh and clean at the time of drop-off.

  • Schedule Your Drop Off

    Complete the Drop-Off Request Form: Fill out our form at the bottom of this page. We will contact you via text or email to arrange a drop-off time between 8 AM and 8 PM at our specific location in Brussels. Clearly label your packages with your name.

  • Sort + Offers

    Sorting Process: We will meticulously sort through your items one by one. Unwanted items will be set aside for you to pick up.

    Receive Your Offer: Within 3 days, we will send you an offer via text or email, and arrange a pickup time for any unwanted items. Unwanted items can also be donated to a local charitable center upon request.

    Quality Focus: We take pride in selecting on-trend, high-quality items that are in demand. This ensures the items we accept are exactly what our shoppers are looking for.

  • Payment

    Compensation: Sellers are paid based on a scale of 20% up to 40% of the resale value, depending on the item’s demand, rarity, quality, condition, and brand.

    Payment Options: If you accept our offer, choose between an Electronic Money Transfer (EMT) or store credit. Opting for store credit will grant you an additional 20% over the cash value.

    Unaccepted Offers: If you decline our offer, you must pick up your items within 3 days. Any items not picked up within 1 week will be either added to our inventory or donated.
