A: We launch new items daily! So keep checking back to see what's new!

⋒ Q: How do you select your items?
A: At Little Sunshines we carefully sort and select high quality, great condition items. We fully disclose the condition of each item in the description. Please make sure you read the description of each item so you are aware of the condition. If we haven't answered your questions, please reach out to us - we are happy to help.

⋒ Q: How do we know if the colour is consistent?
A: We try to capture product colours to the best of our ability. Sometimes garment colours are not exact due to photo lighting.

Our Terminology

BNWT- Brand new with tags → Secondhand items that still have original tags on

EUC- Excellent used condition → Shows very minimal signs of wear- free from damage, stains and rips

GUC- Good used condition →
Shows small sign of wear- free from damage and rips, may have a tiny stain which will be fully disclosed.

    A: We ship to Canada & the United States

    Q: How long do orders take to ship?
    A: All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

    ⋒ Q: Do you offer free shipping?
    A: Orders over $125 are eligible for FREE shipping in Ontario & Quebec, $150+ for other Canadian Provinces
    ⋒ Q: What do you charge for shipping?
    A: Orders under $125/$150 the Shipping across Canada is calculated at checkout

    ⋒ Q: How long will my order take for delivery?
    A: Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery + 1-3 days processing time

  • Local Pickup

    ⋒ Q: Where is pickup?
    A: Local pickup is available in Brussels, Ontario

    ⋒ Q: How long until my order is ready and I can pickup?
    A: Orders are typically ready within 24-48 hours. All orders will be processed within 48 hours, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions. (Please keep an eye on your emails, junk mail too!) 

    ⋒ Q: What happens if I cannot pickup my order within 3 days?
    A: We are usually pretty flexible, however, Any orders not picked up within 14 days and no further arrangements have been made, will automatically be charged a restocking fee of $14.99 and all items will be restocked on our website
